the zip clock home screen puts everything a manager needs to know about the crew status at his or her fingertips. it displays a list of adult and minor employees who are about to violate labor laws and companyset rules for shift length and aca compliance. it also displays actions requiring the manager’s approval such as modified employee punches and a list of actions employees are due to take such as clocking out on break or at the end of shift. it also provides a look at who is scheduled to check in for upcoming shifts, which scheduled employees haven’t arrived for their shift and a comparison between scheduled labor costs and actual labor costs.
