voipswitch is a softswitch system with routing and billing, with sip protocol support (in older versions also h323).
basic package includes softswitch app, ivr app, configuration manager, webportal and webdialer for end clients. it supports advanced prepaid and postpaid, lcr, npa numbers, voicemail, sms, call forwarding, music on hold, hunt groups, follow me, ivr in multiple languages, invoicing, reports, statistics, cluster configurations and other.
additional modules allows to add such features to the system as:
pbx calling cards callshop callback (various types) onlineshop (recharge/signup with many merchants support) online configuration manager resellers module (with resellers' portal) transcoding chat webdialer which can be embedded into website. fax (with email to fax and fax to email support) tunnels for countries where voip is blocked (like uae or pakistan) softphones/dialers for most mobile devices. mobile webportal and reseller portal.
