this program has tiny size (500 kb in rar) and ability ti set manually a range from which all utfsymbols would be generated. result are sorting horizontally by default. as the author say, list of vertically arranged results is generated a bit slower (i didn't notice that on my slow 2xcores g620, but it takes half a minute). if you want to get whole utf8 diapasone plz set range upto 197k chars for now.
