it is written in batch. anyway of cli, its friendly. its pretty small and functionable. you can use it to tweak various [and probably the most known] system settings in an easy way. you simply type command you want to and thats all. some of them may need your interaction [defining timeouts ...]. for those, who start gtweak first time: type ? to get readme + command listing. gtweak may help you to enable/disable/verify state of something, if you are not able to do this by shell [mean explorer]. program is indicated for advanced users.
