we utilize both fedex and ontrac to deliver our packages.
shipping method: depending on your location, we will ship your package using overnight or twoday shipping. your package is shipped with a combination both gel packs and dry ice to keep your food chilled. our packaging is designed to keep your food between 3242 degrees for up to 72 hours after leaving our facility but since we are using the dry ice there is a possibility items may get slightly frozen. this will not affect the quality of the items but may require 12 days in the refrigerator to thaw.
