freebu allows you to view your friends calendars on top of each others, making it supereasy to find a suitable meeting time. you can aslo have your teams calendars visible, even if they are not using the same calendar systems.freebu is 100% cloud based, nothing to install.
freebu works as a window to google calendar, microsoft office365, apple calendar and all other systems that provides ics links.
the meeting wizard suggests times that fits all participants, removing the need for "voting systems" and endless suggestions...online meeting invitations are integrated (right now only join.me, more are in the pipeline).
block times allows you to block times that will not be shown as free, limiting your availability to only certain times.
also, there are functions like /family that shows whats going on in your family today. and /lunch that shows your friends lunch availability.
