foxtrot professional search builds fulltext index files from documents on your disks and servers, making their contents accessible in a split second. all common document types (pdf, word, excel, powerpoint, html, apple mail…) and any document type for which a spotlight metadata importer plugin is present (over 300 file types altogether, plus file types supported by useradded spotlight importer plugins) get indexed and become searchable using eight different search keys (content, file name, metadata…) with seven combinations (includes all / any / none of the words, exact phrases, complex search strings…) and multiple search criteria.
