to date, bookmarking tools have always been based around the idea of managing links. with devmark we want to change this. we provide a smart search approach to accessing less commonly used bookmarks and a pin & click feature for accessing your favorites.

on a more philosophical note...

as browsers become more user aware with smarter searches, better autocompletion, and access to your history; the practice of bookmarking is being threatened. bookmarking is the conscious act of curating the internet, it is a fundamental online activity. creating a bookmark is how users say "this is a site worth revisiting". we believe a strong culture of bookmarking is part and parcel of keeping the web in the users control and is one of the barriers to commercial algorithms gaining too much control.
