dreamsync is a standalone software solution for mac os x and windows that simplifies the tedious process of manually synchronizing audio and video. dreamsync lets video editors of every skill level produce professional quality sounding visual content in one click.
how dreamsync works:drag and drop your standalone audio clips and video clips into dreamsync’s ridiculously simple interface, and click “sync”. after synchronization, the video may be trimmed inside of dreamsync.
transcoding export:dreamsync transcodes your footage into whatever format that you choose from the “export” menu. the program will then export out an entirely new video track with the newly synced audio file from your separate audio device. the audio from your video camera will be deleted in order to be replaced with better audio from your separate device.
a cost effective solution to syncing your audio and video:unlike pluraleyes (the complex “industry standard” audio/video sync tool), dreamsync does not require users to: • own any other professionalgrade video editing software • know how to use 3rd party video editing tools • pay around $300 to use it
seamless audio video synchronizing so you can focus on editing:dreamsync does all of its magic before you open up any other software. the software takes care of all the synchronizing outside of your nle so that you can import your new synced clips into any editing applications. this includes programs such as: • imovie • final cut 7 • adobe premiere elements/pro • sony vegas • and many more
