the app lets you float a whatsapp widget on any screen, providing quick access to your 'unread messages'. this will be particularly handy when you are in an intense chat with someone and you have several incoming messages from various groups. you can read through all the messages while you are engaged in a particular chat and if you choose to respond, click on the message.
few tips/instructions for the app:
? the app needs a 2 step setup (3 if you are on android marshmallow), which you need to do only once and never have to visit the settings again.
? when the app prompts to provide permission to create widgets, please go for "always allow...", this will let the app automatically get the widgets ready and display at right time, right place.
? the unread count badge can be moved around the screen.
? the popup unread messages window can remember your preference for its location and size, just click the pin icon at the top right.
? if you click any chat in the unread messages popup window, it will take you to the respective chat. once you're done interacting, press the back button to quickly go back to the previous chat.
? your default keyboard may require to be checked in the visibility list, otherwise, chat helper may hide temporarily as soon as the keyboard pops up.
